With 18+ years in the field of nutritional health, intricate and detailed studies on how lifestyle, biochemistry, the gut, brain, inflammation, hormones and immune work in unison in your favor, and the trust of doctors, practitioners and clients alike, I have carved out a specialized practice in making sure my clients are not only “medically cleared,” but also relieved of known and unknown body stressors so they can live a life suited for them, achieve their health or fertility goals, and have informed consent on their health.
