What Does the 7-Week Summit Entail?

  • “A Functional Life,” 7 weeks of live, 1.5 hour with Q+A afterward interactive Zooms with Me, You, my whiteboard and examples and resources to help you understand how to, no fluff, take a new awareness and approach to your health, and most importantly WHY it matters.

    • One guided session each week, layering different topics.

    • Space for questions, reflection, and real-life application

    • Replays will be made available for those who missed the live.

  • Learn to see your health as a connected system

    • How nutrition, lifestyle, and daily inputs affect the body as a whole - gut/gastrointestinal health, hormonal/thyroid, sleep/stress, food and food combinations, and how to minimize outside and environmental factors

    • Why supporting one area of the body often supports many others

  • Practical insight you can actually use

    • Learn how to assess your own patterns and build more resilience and balance over time

    • Understand meaningful health markers and what they may reflect about individual risk factors

  • Access to deeper information through bloodwork

    • Learn how to order bloodwork for yourself that is not typically included in a standard physical

    • Understand how to look at your bloodwork without it being a science project. You will be able to access tools that help you.

    • Learn how food and lifestyle choices may influence these markers over time. How a simple 90 day protocol can shift your health for the better.

    • Understand how to make sure you are appropriately medically cleared, and how this information will be good to share with your doctor/provider

  • Education and tools that build confidence

    • Gain clarity so you can ask better questions and make more informed choices

    • We will bust some myths and talk about how to navigate “Social Media Overwhelm”

    • The more you understand your body, the more empowered you become - and learn what you can do to feel better
